My client is a global telecoms operator currently looking for a Project Manager. It's an urgent requirement looking for CV's ASAP!
The Project Manager for this phase, plans and co-ordinates the resources and activities, both within the project and across the OpCo's to deliver an effective outcome.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Responsibility: Establish and maintain stakeholder engagement within the programme across all OpCo's.
Responsibility: Plan and co-ordinate all activities for this phase within Group and each OpCo.
Responsibility: Act as a single point of contact for OpCo's for this phase.
Responsibility: Track and report progress to plan.
Responsibility: Identify and report risks and mitigations.
Core competencies, knowledge and
Experience:
Minimum 5 yearsproject management experience ideally in a Telco environment.
Effective Stakeholder management skills
Experience in complex finance / IT programme.
Ability to engage effectively with peers in a diverse international and distributed team.
Strong communication and decision making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs
3rd Party management experience.
Must have technical / professional
Qualifications:
PRINCE2 Practitioner / MSP (desirable)
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and associated software.
Key performance indicators:
Efficient planning and utilisation of resources to deliver a high quality outcome on time and budget
Effective engagement with Group and OpCo stakeholders
Risk management and problem resolution
Interacting with:
IFRS-15 programme & project team
OpCo Business and IT stakeholders
Third party suppliers, e.g. tool providers, systems integrators.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
